1. How to add an object to the site?

In order to be able to place objects on this site, please fill out the registration form. After approval by the board administrator it will be created your own virtual office, where you can place your objects. To register on the site owner will need to enter email address.

2. How to recover the password?

For the recovery of your password you can use the password recovery form. After filling out the form your password will be automatically sent to your email address.

4. How does occupation schedule work?

- In fact, the schedule helps the customer to select the available object at needed time interval. The system works in such a way that the objects with disconnected occupation schedule does not appear in the derivation of the results of the filter "occupation schedule" page of the city.

For example: if you have disabled your occupation schedule in your settings, your objects will not be displayed in the results filtered using the filter "occupation schedule".

- Schedule has four options of object's occupation during the day:

Given that the standard is check-in from 1.00 pm and departure till 12.00 am - beginning of period congestion flats should mark the option - «available till 12.00 am», and day out to mark the option - «available from 12.00».

Mark «busy» at the beginning or end of the load will mean early arrival or late departure, respectively.

5. How to enable / disable occupation schedule?

Option "ocupation schedule" you can enable / disable in your personal virtual office in the tab "Edit profile", which is located in the upper right corner of the page. To do this you must log in to your room on the page "for owners".

* It is recommended to familiarize with the principle of "ocupation schedule" before you disable this option .

6. How does the option «Reserve On-Line» work?

Option "Reservation On-Line» allows the user to book a particular object directly to the page of this site by filling out the reservation form, which is automatically sent by email to the owner.

In the form of the customer specifies its location, contact information, interested in its object, terms of residence, and can leave additional comments.

When this option is disabled there is no button "Book" on the page of the object. The client can contact the owner only using the contact information of the owner.

* This option applies to all objects of the owner.

7. How to enable / disable option «Reserve On-Line»?

Option "Allow reservation On-Line» You can enable / disable in your personal virtual office in the tab "profile", which is located in the upper right corner of the page. To do this you must log in to your room on the page "for owners".

8. How are the objects sorted on the page?

Objects are sorted in price from less to more. There is the possibility of forced placement of the object at the very top of the list by using the option «Hot deals». To activate this option please contact the site administrator.

9. If the city does not appear on the map / in the list of cities?

If the city does not appear on the map / in the list of cities, so at the moment there are no proposals in this city. You can use the feedback page on the site to contact the administration with the proposal to add your desired city. Gladly consider your proposal.

10. How to make high-quality photos of apartment/house?

High-quality photos of your apartment / house - is 50% of success, as key factors influencing the selection of the apartment on the site are pictures and price. That is why you should not economize on high-quality photos.
